On June 5, mechanical engineering graduate Dylan Mathew became the inaugural recipient of the the new J. Seabrook Impact Award in Engineering.

James Seabrook, BSc'11, was one of UBC Okanagan’s earliest engineering graduates. He established the award to help power a brighter future for the next generation of innovators who follow in his footsteps.
