The Nutrition and Food Service Management Department offers different programs and courses for students depending on their personal goals. These include the Nutrition and Food Service Diploma Program, the Associate of Science in Food and Nutrition Program, and the Diploma in Food, Nutrition, and Health Transfer Program. There are also individual courses that can be taken as electives, such as Sport Nutrition and Introduction to Nutrition. All of the courses are taught by Registered Dietitians, with specialized knowledge in their subject areas.
