PART-TIME HOME CAREGIVER JOB – PORT COQUITLAM ($27/Hour)

Immediate opening for a mature, EXPERIENCED & CERTIFIED FEMALE HCA to provide support for a senior client living with Vascular Dementia. The client’s cognitive abilities, care needs, and behaviors may vary from day to day.

The successful candidate will provide full assistance with activities of daily living, as the client is bed-bound. The home is well equipped with supportive care equipment, including a ceiling lift and tilt wheelchair. Must be available Monday to Friday during the day.

We are proud to announce the very first recipient of the Nancy Guzman Scholarship Award—Mikhail Ryan Cabulisan.

Mikhail was nominated by the leadership team at Madison Care Centre, one of our longest-standing practicum partners, where he has been working since arriving in Canada. He is recognized for his positive attitude, respect for others, and the genuine care and kindness he shows to residents in his current role.

This full-tuition Health Care Assistant scholarship was established in memory of Nancy Guzman, one of our most beloved instructors, who dedicated many years of service at Madison Care Centre. We know she would be incredibly honored to see Mikhail receive this opportunity to further his career in healthcare.💙
