UBC Pre-Education Club A resource for UBC students who hope to become teachers or apply to the Faculty of Education.

The UBC Pre-Education Club was established in 2014 and is a resource for students who are hoping to become teachers or who are just passionate about education. If you’re thinking of applying the Faculty of Education and have any concerns, are looking for experience, want to learn more about teaching as a career path, or are passionate about education in the community, then we’d love to have you jo

in our club! We host a variety of events throughout the year: from social events that give you the chance to network with fellow peers who are also thinking of becoming teachers, to professional events where you can meet teacher candidates, experienced teachers, and representatives from UBC’s Faculty of Education. We may also host collaborative events with other campus clubs and organizations, such as fundraisers for charity.

Welcome back to school! Imagine Day is coming up next week, and the UBC Pre-Education Club will be hosting a virtual booth on September 7th.

We have two time frames:
10:00AM - 10:30AM or 3:30PM - 4:00PM
If you cannot make it during those time frame feel free to Facebook message or DM us with questions!

Hello Pre-Ed members! We hope that everyone is doing well. In April we will have our election for the upcoming 2020-2021 academic year. If you want to be part of the executive team please submit your nomination form by April 2nd at 11:59 PM. Nomination forms can be found in the 2021 - 2022 Academic Year Election email or you can simply Facebook message us and we can send you the form.
