π Our latest journal article dives deep into the effects of the sudden shift to emergency remote teaching (ERT) on Technology Educators (TE). We compare the teaching sense of efficacy (TSE) between practicing TE teachers and teacher candidates during this challenging period.
π Insight: Experienced TE teachers felt a greater loss during the pandemic than novice teacher candidates, who rely more on contextual factors than mastery experiences.
π’ This study provides valuable insights into the challenges faced by TE educators during unprecedented times and the need for adaptable teaching strategies.
