Congratulations Doug! Well deserved!

For Doug Stewart, giving back has never been about recognition. It has simply been a way to honour the community that has shaped his family for more than 100 years.

Continuing a family legacy that began with Craig’s of Vermilion in 1905, Doug has dedicated decades to supporting local organizations, creating opportunities for students and strengthening the community he calls home.

It is with great respect that Lakeland recognizes Doug Stewart as a Distinguished Citizen and awards him an honorary bachelor of agricultural technology degree.

Congratulations, Doug, and thank you for your lasting impact.
