What it looks like to break your own program record⚡️

After breaking the 12-year-old Vikes 2km erg record held by two-time Olympian Kai Langerfeld last fall, Daniel Mielecki went for it again, breaking his own record with a time of 5:52.4 🤯

Daniel went into the pain cave for this, but had his teammates were there to cheer him on until the end.

If you want to see more rowers in the pain cave, come check out theBrown Cup this Saturday, March 28 on the Selkirk/Gorge waterway as the men’s and women’s rowing teams go head to head with UBC.
