The ECU is back with this year's policy competition! This year's competition will take place on Monday, March 14th @ 3:00pm PST on Zoom. This year’s prompt will be a policy issue affecting students and will be released on March 11. Sign up, join a group, and present your policy ideas to a panel of guest judges! Hi everyone, on October 8 Janice Compton is coming to give a seminar at UVic: she is an economics / econometrics professor at the University of Manitoba. She is also the Vice President of the Canadian Women Economists Committee and an executive board member of the Canadian Economics Association.
