MA Leadership alum Rishi Sharma isn’t afraid of uncomfortable conversations. He doesn’t think you should be either. “There is a hesitancy to talk about what you don’t know. How are we going to learn from each other if we can’t have uncomfortable conversations?”

Being open to asking questions and admitting what you don’t know yet can make conversations more comfortable. For Sharma, helping create the space for people to do that is all part of solving whatever problem is on the table.

One of our favourite crops is ready on the Farm at RRU 🍓

Over the past few weeks, several hundred pints of gorgeous spray-free, organically grown strawberries have been shared with community organizations such as Flourish! School Food Society, the Songhees Wellness Centre, Westshore Food Share, as well as the student fridge in the Sequoia building, farm volunteers and more!

Students, alumni, faculty, and community partners came together at REV Innovation Studio, John Horgan Campus, for two workshops focused on co-designing authentic project-based learning.

These collaborative sessions led by assoc. fac. Adam Haigler fostered the exchange of ideas and strengthened partnerships to help shape meaningful, real-world learning experiences.
