Hello fellow Asian Canadians,

I'm a Ph.D. student in the Psychology Department at the University of Victoria in BC supervised by Dr. Catherine Costigan.

We are looking to test out an online program focused on increasing Asian Canadian’s knowledge about mental health and mental health resources.

The program involves completing short daily modules online, (whenever is convenient for you) 5 days weekly for 3 weeks. If you participate, you will complete questionnaires and provide feedback on the program. Family members are welcome to participate together!

In appreciation of participation, participants will receive a $10 honorarium if they complete at least 2 out of 3 weeks of the program, and another $10 honorarium for participating in a focus group. They can also enter a draw for 1 in 4 $25 gift cards.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the program or the research. Thank you for considering! - Cindy Quan
