Alpha Omega stands with survivors of sexual violence.
In light of the recent allegations emerging from Cornell University, we have been reflecting on the responsibility that all university communities, including Greek Life, have to create environments rooted in safety, consent, accountability, and care.

Sexual violence has no place on university campuses, within Greek Life, or anywhere in our communities.

Sisterhood means more than supporting one another in the good moments. It means looking out for one another, taking concerns seriously, respecting boundaries and consent, and ensuring that someone who feels unsafe knows they are not alone.

To survivors within our community and beyond it: we hear you, we support you, and we stand with you.

We have included local and campus resources for anyone who may need support. Please know that reaching out for help is always okay.

3 DAYS UNTIL RUSH💋💌🪩✨☎️

Recently our recruitment chair Katelyn took some well deserved time off from planning recruitment and travelled to Brazil for an end of summer vacation. She visited São Paulo, Pocos de Caldas, and Ubatuba. During her trip she went hiking, snorkeling and zip lining. She also tried some amazing food and described it as an experience she will never forget!

3 days until our first rush event! If you have any questions feel free to reach out to katelyn

5 DAYS UNTIL RUSH 💋💌🪩✨☎️
It’s crazy to think that in just 6 days, we’ll be meeting a whole new group of girls who could become such a big part of our lives!

Rush can feel a little intimidating, especially when you don’t know what to expect. But honestly, you don’t need to have it all figured out. Come meet us, ask questions, be yourself, and see where it takes you.

Some of our favourite memories, closest friendships, and best university moments have come from saying yes to things we were a little nervous about. That’s what we hope you find during rush too, a group of girls you can laugh with, make memories with, and know will always have your back.

So if you’ve been thinking about rushing, take this as your sign to do it. You never know what one decision could lead to. 💌

WE ARE OFFICIALLY ONE WEEK AWAY FROM OUR FIRST RUSH EVENT! 💋💌🪩✨☎️

One week. One week until the start of something that could change your university experience forever. 🤍
Rush isn’t just about joining a sorority. It’s about finding the people who make the late nights a little more fun, the stressful days a little easier, and the best moments even more unforgettable. It’s about friendships you never expected, memories you’ll talk about for years, and finding a place where you can truly be yourself.

At Alpha Omega, sisterhood is more than a word. It’s the people you can count on, the traditions you carry forward, the memories you make together, and the girls who become a part of your life far beyond university. 🎀

So if you’ve been wondering whether you should rush, consider this your sign. Take the chance. Meet new people. Try something outside of your comfort zone. You never know where one week, one decision, or one hello could lead you.

We can’t wait to meet you.
Rush Alpha Omega. ♡
