MMIs (Mock Mini Interviews) are upon us! The event is held by Future Vets Club at Guelph (Thanks guys!) - these are practice interviews geared to prepare you for the real interview process. MMIs will be held February 3rd, 6th, and 11th in the evenings. Registration for the event opens TOMORROW (January 22nd) at 7:00AM and spots will be first-come first-served basis. The event is $20.00. There will be a Networking Brunch held by Guelph Future Vets Club held on January 25th (This Saturday!) at the Lifetime Learning Centre in Guelph. This is an opportunity for you to chat with specialized veterinarians in a speed-dating set up. Attention Pre-Vet club members!
The Global Vets team from OVC will be hosting their annual ‘Discover Vet School’ event on January 26th for anyone interested in pursuing veterinary medicine. The day will consist of engaging lectures from OVC profs, interactive labs, a campus tour, and opportunities to talk with current vet students during lunch. If you can’t make it for January 26th, the second day of this event will be held on March 14th with a whole new list of lectures and labs.
