Tech Tip: Experiencing an online issue? Help us help you!

It would be helpful if you take some screenshots of what you are seeing at your end at the various steps to better guide our troubleshooting.

Follow the instructions below:

1) Hold down Windows + Shift + S — Use your mouse to draw a rectangle in order to specify what to capture. Windows then copies it to the clipboard.
 
2) Then, hold down "Ctrl" and press "V" — Windows pastes the screenshot (that is in the clipboard) into a document or email you are currently editing.

3) Paste the screenshots into the body of your email message and send it to [[email protected]].
