ABOUT THE STUDENT WELLNESS CENTRE, WATERLOO CAMPUS: Wilfrid Laurier University’s Student Wellness Centre is the home of all physical, emotional, and mental health services for students. We offer comprehensive and collaborative services (physicians, counsellors, dietitian, etc) to help students get the best support in the most seamless and coordinated manner possible. The Student Wellness Centre is

located on the second floor of the Student Services building. ABOUT WELLNESS EDUCATION, WATERLOO CAMPUS:
The Student Wellness Centre offers both peer-led and professionally-led wellness education programming supporting the physical, emotional and psychological health of students at Laurier. Programming promoting proactive wellness strategies and resources runs year-round and is open to all Laurier students. There are three branches of wellness education at Laurier: student-led Peer Wellness Education, professionally-led Ride the Wave workshops, and Leave the Pack Behind smoking cessation education. Our workshops take place in the Health and Development Centre, located on the first floor of the Student Services Building. LAURIER'S COMMENT POLICY:

If you wish to participate in the contest, please ensure you meet the following requirements:  
  
1️⃣ Follow  and  on Instagram.  
2️⃣ Are a Laurier student and have a valid Laurier student number (Laurier employees and their immediate families are not eligible for the giveaway).  
3️⃣ Reside in Ontario, Canada.  
4️⃣ Comment on this post by Friday, Nov. 7, 2025 at 5 p.m. ET; details below.  
  
To gain an entry to the giveaway you must:
