A powerful example of international collaboration in action!

NC partnered with Senac (Brazil) to deliver a micro-Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) project for Game Development students, centered on Creative Uses of AI in Game Development.

With 25+ participants across two virtual sessions, the initiative fostered teamwork, intercultural exchange, and hands-on learning, reflecting NC’s commitment to building meaningful global learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom.

Two Niagara College Early Childhood Education students took their passion for teaching halfway around the world! 🌍✈️

Through Niagara College’s Be World Ready program, they spent 10 weeks in Bangkok, Thailand completing a work placement at Lertlah School, gaining hands-on experience, new cultural perspectives, and memories to last a lifetime.

From walking the historic Gothic Quarter, to creating bioplastic fashion at LCI Barcelona, to learning about sustainable city design at the Barcelona Superblocks — our students are soaking it all in! Of course, there’s been time for paella, market tours, and the breathtaking Sagrada Família too.
