APEX brought to you!! The APEX research team at the University of Windsor has collaborated for the second time with the GECDSB to bring an adapted exercise school-based program to local high schools in the Greater Essex area, where we pair gym leadership students up with students in the STEPS program to come together and exercise. Using sport as a tool for social change.

This year the APEX-STEPS program has been brought into Sandwich Secondary, Westview Freedom Academy and Vincent Massey. Last year we brought programming to W.F Herman Academy, Riverside Secondary, and Essex District.
