Hyrox Team training is here! Workouts that build power, cardio and teach the techniques needed to run your best race! Our Hyrox Team Training program focus on developing the systems engaged in the sport of fitness. You'll get stronger, leaner and learn how to work out smarter. Each workout will build on the previous session and the best part, you'll be in a community of like-minded athletes all pushing towards the best version of themselves! These 6-week programs include 3 classes per week and advanced registration into our spring and summer Hyrox simulations. Mon/Wed classes will be held at 7pm with a Fri class at 1pm.
