Elections are nothing without the students who show up and make their voices heard. Thank you to everyone who participated in the International Student Society elections at the International Student Centre.
We hope this election reminds every international student that your voice matters and that anyone can step forward to represent our community. Seeing students come together from different cultures and backgrounds to participate in this process is truly inspiring.
To all the candidates who put their names forward, congratulations on taking that step. Running in an election takes courage, dedication, and a willingness to serve your fellow students.
And to those who have been elected, congratulations! The responsibility you are stepping into is significant. We trust that you will represent the diverse voices of international students and continue building a stronger, more inclusive community.
