The Muslim Students Association of the University of Windsor is a ratified club under the University of Windsor Students’ Alliance. The objectives of the MSA are to assist Muslim students in university life according to the Islamic teachings in the Quran and Sunnah. It seeks to provide Muslims with appropriate means to practice Islam, to preserve their identity, and to facilitate meetings, discuss
ions, and celebrations of Islamic festivities among Muslim and non-Muslim students. The MSA will strive to represent Islam on campus, promote friendly relations among the community, and to provide Islamic education to Muslims and non-Muslims in the form of lectures, study circles, Islamic literature, and more. The prayer space at the University of Windsor is the Multi-Faith Space in Room B-08 in the CAW Student Centre, Lower Level. The prayer space is accessible from 8:00am to 8:00pm by UWin Student Card and through the Information Desk at any other times. Jumuah Prayers are held in the Education Gym every Friday, the first at 1:00pm and the second at 2:00pm. The best way to learn about MSA news is through the mailing list.
