Physics graduate student and GSS Board Member Nathan Drouillard earned third place and $2,500 in funding at UWindsor’s inaugural Innovation Fellowship final pitch showcase.

His team is developing laser technology to measure weak optical signals, with potential applications in healthcare, environmental science, and national defence. The funding will help expand their lab, purchase equipment, and create experiential learning opportunities for students.

🩸 8 minutes of your life could help Save Daphne’s life!

Get swabbed and register as a Stem Cell donor this upcoming Tuesday, March 31 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Student Centre Main Floor.

Daphne, a mother and a grandmother, has a rare blood cancer. Out of 45 million people searched, a match hasn’t been found that could give Daphne the stem cell transplant she needs to survive.

You can help by getting swabbed!

Today was great day!

GSS was an incredible proud sponsor for the March for Mason fundraiser today at the TLC!

We set up 2 tables for the over 90 athletes participating offering a hydration station along with snacks that helped fuel them for their races.

Congrats to all the participants and to the entire team of organizers! Thanks for having us, not only did we collectively raise funds for an incredible local foundation, we had a blast! .like.mason
