The University of Manitoba is recruiting a Jarislowsky Chair in Natural Systems Agriculture for Climate Solutions within the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences. This role offers a unique opportunity for a research leader to advance climate-smart and regenerative agriculture through innovation, collaboration, and knowledge translation.

The successful candidate will lead an externally funded research program, work closely with producers and partners, and help translate research into practical solutions that support farmers and inform policy. This is a part-time, project-based opportunity (17.5 hours/week) ideal for an experienced technical or policy writer who enjoys research, collaboration, and translating complex requirements into clear, accessible policy and program documentation within an academic and healthcare‑adjacent environment.

Term: June 22, 2026 – December 24, 2027
