When Ire first moved into our residence during her first year of studies, she was noticeably quiet and nervous. She became a Residence Don (student RA) where she was trained to build a safe and inclusive residence environment. Since then, we’ve watched Ire’s confidence truly flourish.

With St John’s College scholarship deadlines coming up on June 1st, this is your reminder that you do not need to have perfect grades or the “greatest” financial need to apply!

Our applications are designed to give you space to share your story and explain your circumstances beyond what appears on paper.

Your first year grades weren’t up to par with your second year grades? That’s okay! Tell us why. You weren’t able to participate in extracurriculars because life was busy or challenging? We understand, let us know what was going on.

Everything shared with the scholarship committee is completely confidential. At the end of the day, submitting an application is always better than not applying at all.
