BLOCK (Bring Locals Out to Connect Kommunities) is a student ran campaign to improve cohesion in communities. BLOCK would like to create an annual city wide day for block parties to occur in Winnipeg, Mb. Each community will have guidance from a member of BLOCK and will work along side community developers in all areas that are wanting to host a party.
