WCUCC 2016

WCUCC 2016 The Western Canadian Undergraduate Chemistry Conference (WCUCC) is an annual event for, and organized by, undergraduate students in chemistry in Canada.

Held every year at a different university in Western Canada, the WCUCC is often the first opportunity for students to present their research and attend a formal conference event. Every year over 60 individual poster and oral presentations are given by top undergraduates in all fields of chemistry. This year's conference is being held at the University of Manitoba, in Winnipeg, MB, on May 5th to 7t

h (Thursday through Saturday). Over $1,000 in cash prizes are available over 5 divisions between both poster and oral sessions. The Divisions are as follows:
Analytical (including Environmental)
Inorganic (including Materials)
Organic
Biochemistry
Physical/Theoretical (including Computational)
