We are a University of Manitoba Student group working to provide people with the awareness of the dangerous effects of Impaired Driving. Impaired Driving includes driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, texting and driving, and any other types of unsafe driving. We are an open group working through the University of Manitoba, and are often in collaboration with MADD Winnipeg (Mother's Against Drunk Driving). Help us make our roads a safer place, don't drive while impaired.

Hi everyone!

SAID is going to be holding their first conference this Monday, March 27th! We will be discussing the dangers of impaired driving with some personal experiences and what you can do to prevent impaired driving accidents.
We will have three key speakers from MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), MPI (Manitoba Public Insurance), and the WPS (Winnipeg Police Service).

The conference will be held in the engineering atrium from 11am-2pm.
The attached PDF has a flyer with some more information about the event.
