Learning is most effective when you can put it into practice.

This week, RRC Polytech welcomed Manitoba's Northern Affairs Public Works Department to campus for a full day of plumbing training. Led by our experienced instructors, participants built on classroom learning with hands-on activities in our industry-standard training labs, giving them an opportunity to strengthen foundational plumbing knowledge and practical skills.

The training was designed to support staff serving northern and remote communities by increasing awareness of plumbing systems, safe work practices and the terminology used in the trades.

Thank you to the Northern Affairs Public Works Department for partnering with us for a second year. We look forward to continuing to support workforce development through practical, engaging learning experiences.
