This year we are partnering up with Braveheart to run a blended learning first aid & CPR course! All the details are provided in the poster below. We are posting early because the online part of the course will be sent to your email as early as September so you have plenty of time to finish it before the in person learning day on September 25th. We had a Physiotherapist, Pharmacist, Vet student, Family Doctor, Dentist and Chiropractor answer various questions regarding their field if anyone is interested it was very informative! Hey everyone!!
This has come early this year but we need to re ratify the team before a certain date so its time to select a new executive team for the 2022/2023 school year!!! You will not have any commitments until after this school year is over and the older executive positions leave. This year because of the changing covid cases all the time it was hard to run some of the events we wanted but next year I'm hoping events can happen more and we have been working hard thinking of ways we can improve the exec team to bring you guys more information. That is why this year I added 2 new positions to the team which are all explained in the document below. If you are interested in working in a team of 8 people to inform students on everything to do pre-health related you should consider applying to be apart of the team! ACADIA PRE-HEALTH’S MCAT CRASHCOURSE!!!

Are you interested in medicine, wondering what the MCAT entails, and how you can prepare for it?? We have 3 experienced exec members on our Pre-Health team that want to teach you all about it at our very first event this Sunday, November 7th from 4pm-5pm in the KCIC auditorium! Mark your calendars! 📝

Romy and Kierstyn will be doing a presentation about scoring, timing, sections, courses that will help you prepare, study schedules, where to find info, study websites and so much more!
Followed by Maizy who will talk about resume writing and personal statements!😁

At the end there will be time to ask these three questions in a panel type discussion! This is a great opportunity to have questions you may have answered from 3 students who have very recent application experiences!
