IN PHOTOS| The Occidental Mindoro State College - (Sablayan Campus) ROTC UNIT finally had their Closing Ceremony for finishing Military Science 1, 2 and 41, 42 together with the Turn Over of Command Ceremony to the new Corps Commander of the OMSC ROTC Unit this 26th day of May, 2024.
Advance Officers with the help of the Corps of Commander and Training Staffs, started to organize the final formations for the setting of the venue at exactly 0700H. At about 0800H the Graduating Cadets rehearse the Program Proper. The Guests of Honor and Speaker arrived at 0900H. The OMSC ROTC Unit’s Tactical NCO Cpl Riche L Margase (Inf) PA , Chief Clerk TSg Bayani T Cajayon Jr (Inf) PA, ROTC Instructor MSg Manuel P Orpano PA (Ret), , GMA Instructor Cpl Jester Basa PA (Res), Cpl Jonathan Moral PA (Res), Cpl Jhohannz Ryle Dagdago PA (Res) were all there to witness the Ceremony. The program started at 0930H when our Guest of Honor and Speaker LTC MARLON T SALVADOR INF (GSC) PA Battalion Commander of 68IB arrived, followed with the entrance of Colors, by then the National Anthem was sang together with the Audio-Visual Presentation.
Our Welcome Remarks delivered by Joel Nicdao, ROTC Coordinator and the Presentation of Participants for Graduates were presented by LTC ESTEBAN M SIADING JR (AGS) PA, CDC Director, by then followed by the Declaration of Graduates that was declared by CPT ERSEL L FILIPINAS (INF) PA, ROTC Commandant This was followed with the distribution of Certificates for the completed their MS 41/42 who deserve to be acknowledge with their efforts and sacrifices.

Going forward, next to our Program was the Turn Over of Command where our Former Corps Commander C/LTC JONATHAN C PANIS 1CL give his message to all the Cadets and hand over the Saber Sword as a symbolization of handing over the Duties and Responsibility for the Unit to the upcoming Cor Commander C/2LT Phillip Y Bangtuan 2CL, followed by the signing of the Relinquishment and Assumption of Command by both the former and upcoming Corps Commanders. Next to our Program is the introduction of Guest of Honor and Speaker was delivered by LTC ESTEBAN M SIADING JR (AGS) PA, ROTC Commandant. By then, the very inspirational Message was given by LTC MARLON T SALVADOR INF (GSC) PA Battalion Commander of 68IB. The program concluded with the singing of Pilipinas Kong Mahal. And ending by taking photo ops.
