After a to long time (thx Covid) me and finally made it to visit our Friend and Master from the gym in London again.

Thank you for the wicked lessons and the grading . It is still so much to learn and were very honored and happy to go this way with you and all the great people we always meet!❤️

A big help in this time was again the website that is build by and . It is super helpful and makes sure we stay on a high quality level with the techniques.

Also a big thanks for the nice heavy sticks to you ! Im sure they will make us tired on the baggings😁 ❤️

So the 2023 Europeans Championships in Bonn are over. It was a blast to meet finally all the cool Warriors again! We had a great time 😁👌💯🇵🇭🥋🔥❤️

Post fight hugs 🤭 Had a blast at the GSBA European Championship in Bonn, Germany. It is nice to see team Hybrid London and on podiums for two countries ⚔️ The journey officially continues, tournaments are back!
