SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Cambridge Corporate University Announces
Retirement of Vice Chancellor and Restructuring of the University
Following a decision by the Cambridge Corporate University (CCU) Board
of Trustees(BoT) and Provost Dr. Frank Lee Harper, Jr., we announce that
Prof. Dr. Harper will retire immediately from his roles as Provost,
Vice-Chancellor, and all other duties. This follows the passing of CCU
President and Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Hossam El-Shazly, which has prompted
a university restructuring to maintain CCU’s 40-year tradition of Swiss
excellence in Higher Education.
In recognition of his service, Prof. Dr. Harper will retire as
Provost/Professor Emeritus and remain active as part of the
Restructuring Team, led by myself, in my capacity with CCU include CCU as BoT
Chairman, Dean of Renewable Energy
School, and Director of the International Energy Unit.
In January 2026, we will provide an
overview of the restructuring effort to include timelines and key
milestones. During the period of August 2025 to December 2025 there will
be an assessment of the students, faculty, and operations. Current
students are asked to support this process by sending the following
documents to the e-mail address [email protected]:
• Student enrollment application
• Acceptance letter stating their program of study
• Scholarship information
• Payment history (amount, balance owed, recipient details, proof of
payment)
• List of completed modules with grades
• List of remaining modules
We will be posting important announcements on the CCU website and page so
please stay tuned.
Respectfully yours,
Prof. Dr-Eng Abdelhakim Hassabou
