European Law Moot Court - University of Lucerne Since 2007 the University of Lucerne has participated at the ELMC every year. This competition brings together students from all across Europe & the World.

This is the page of the University of Lucerne European Law Moot Court and its teams. - It shall provide current information on the competition and serve as additional communications channel for the Regional Final that will take place in Lucerne in February 2018.

And here comes the call for applications for the 2018/19 edition of the :

Die Universität Luzern sucht Teilnehmer für den European Law Moot Court (ELMC) 2018/19. Er hat einen fiktiven Fall aus dem Europarecht auf Englisch zum Gegenstand. Verhandelt wird in einem Regional Final - für das sich die Unilu bisher jedes Jahr qualifizierte - vor einem fiktiven Gericht in Europa oder den USA.
Ihr erhaltet erste praxisnahe anwaltliche Erfahrungen, einen attraktiven Eintrag im Lebenslauf und erhebliche Vorteile bei der Praktikumssuche. Ausserdem bekommt ihr für den Wettbewerb 18 Credit Points und könnt euch die schriftliche Leistung als Masterarbeit (HS 18) anrechnen lassen.
