Institut Hotelier César Ritz is a world class European Hospitality College located in Le Bouveret, a small, French-speaking town on the shores of Lake Geneva, was founded in 1986 and is housed in a magnificent building dating back to the early 1900’s housing state of the art culinary and classroom facilities with student housing and other services located on property directly adjacent to the main

facility. With its yacht harbor, Le Bouveret is a summer lakeside resort with easy access to major cities and towns in Switzerland including Geneva, Lausanne
and Montreux; and only minutes away from the French border and the town of Evian. Geneva airport can be reached by train in about an hour and a half; Zurich airport in approximately three.
