Candidates prepare for the modules using our online, password-protected teaching and learning platform. This guarantees that they can complete essential parts of their training independently of time and place. For their diploma thesis, candidates analyze a current problem in European or international business law. Topics are proposed by the faculty, or students may choose their own. Admission:

The 2019 Executive M.B.L.-HSG "Alumni Award" for the best candidate was awarded to Matthias Brzezinski, E.M.B.L.-HSG; Mag. iur.; Legal Counsel - European Investment Bank.

Matthias' master thesis on "Investment Protection in Renewable Energy Projects - Standards of protection to investors under the Energy Charter Treaty against adversary changes to Renewable Energy support policies" was awarded as the best thesis of the class of 2019.
