USI Startup Centre, established in 2004 as "Centro Promozione Start-up" (CP Start-up), supports early-stage entrepreneurs to realise their ideas, foster entrepreneurship, and contribute to the overall economic and social growth in the region. he gateway to an energetic community of researchers, students, entrepreneurs, business coaches, investors, experts, and the like to help startups succeed in this dynamic environment. USI Startup Centre constantly anticipates and adapts to the changing situations, providing startuppers with precisely the support they need at each step of their growth path. The three main goals of USI Startup Centre are to:

• Serve/Engage the startup community;
• Support early-stage startups;
To achieve these goals USI Startup Centre runs its own startup incubator through which it provides services for startups, but also invests time and resources to foster a startup culture and support the startup community, by organising, launching, proposing and taking part in targeted events throughout the year that focus on entrepreneurship and innovation. This is where ideas and experiences are shared, generating energy for the development of startup projects, thus exposing the startup community to the wider innovation ecosystem in Ticino.
