Most decision advice says either gather more data or trust your instincts. This course teaches the disciplined middle: how to make and defend a consequential choice within the limits you actually face.

You work through one real decision from your own professional life, and finish the week with a one-page decision record covering the limits you recognised, the threshold you set, the heuristic you chose and the reasons you stopped when you did.

From Knowledge to Capability: Why Application Matters in Management Learning.

Knowing the name of a framework is different from being able to use it well.

Management education introduces concepts, models and a shared professional language. These resources help practitioners organise complexity and recognise patterns. Yet knowledge creates the potential for more informed practice — application converts that potential into professional value by connecting abstract understanding with a consequential decision.
