Open Innovation in Life Sciences

Open Innovation in Life Sciences is a first-of-its-kind life science conference with two back-to-back meetings connecting young professionals across academia, industry and decision-makers in science.
The synergistic goals of this two-day conference are:
Life Sciences PostDoc Day (October 10) to foster interactions among postdoctoral researchers and senior Ph.D. students working in all life science fields in academia as well as to explore career perspectives outside of academia.
Life Sciences Innovation Day (October 11) to enhance the interactions between academia, industry, and society by bringing together all relevant stakeholder groups from universities, industry and medicine to discuss topics like open science and its communication and evaluation, personalized medicine and innovations in the field.

This will be the 7th edition of a research conference organized by postdocs for postdocs and senior PhD students.

Young Professional Programme United Nations

As a young aspiring professional who wants to make a difference, the YPP is an annual recruitment program to start a career with the UN Secretariat. Every year candidates from countries that are un- or under-represented in the UN are invited to take part in the examination.
