Last week, we were pleased to welcome Martina Spreitzer-Kropiunik as a lecturer in the second edition of the MBA Leadership in International Sports Law.

Her session on Criminal Law in Sports provided valuable insights into criminal offences in sport, the legal consequences of misconduct, and the role of criminal law in protecting the integrity of sport.

We sincerely thank Martina Spreitzer-Kropiunik for her excellent contribution and for being a very important part of our academic team for many years. Her expertise, professionalism, and long-standing commitment have greatly enriched our programmes and contributed to the success of our students. Yesterday, we were pleased to welcome Harry Borovick as a lecturer in the third edition of the MBA Leadership in International Sports Law.

His session on Artificial Intelligence in Sports explored the opportunities, challenges, and future implications of AI across the sports industry. From performance analysis and decision-making to ethical considerations and governance, the session provided our students with valuable insights into one of the most rapidly evolving areas in sport.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of welcoming Penny Konitsioti Rizou, Attorney at Law MSc, as a lecturer in the second edition of the MBA Leadership in International Sports Law.

Her session on the Legal Framework against Violence in Sports provided our students with valuable insights into one of the most important challenges facing modern football and sport in general. Through her expertise and practical examples, she addressed key legal and regulatory measures against football-related violence, hooliganism, match-fixing, corruption, and doping, highlighting the importance of public safety, integrity, accountability, and effective governance in sports organizations.

Yesterday, we were pleased to welcome Ramunė Bistrickaitė as a lecturer in the second edition of the MBA Leadership in International Sports Law.

Her session on Match-Fixing in Sports provided valuable insights into one of the most significant integrity challenges facing modern sport. Through practical examples and expert analysis, she highlighted the importance of prevention, detection, and effective governance mechanisms in protecting the integrity of sport.
