For the past 4 years, the Dale Kietzman Academy (DKA) in conjunction with Institut Supérieur Dale Kietzman (ISDK) in Douala, Cameroon, has been successfully training leaders. Our unique approach focuses on two key elements of successful leadership: self-awareness and collaboration. We train individuals to understand their personal strengths and weaknesses and then collaborate in working towards an
environment of increasing productivity, quality, and efficiency. DKA/ISDK students are being trained in Community Development, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Business Management Divinity and Computer Science. We deliver Bachelor’s Masters/MBA’s and PhDs in the following programs:
