JUNGLE BOOK - WISDOM FROM THE BEES.....When a new queen emerges, the old queen and a large portion of the worker bees leave the hive in a swarm to begin a new colony.

This is not symbolic of a coup d’etat. A good leader maintains a culture of progression by succession: Breaking new grounds as successors are raised to lead in old ones.

Any spiritual leader who remains stagnated in the same level of operation as his followers will soon poison the environment with a crab mentality where individuals in a group tend to pull down those who are trying to achieve success or make progress around them.

The term originated from the observation of crabs in a bucket, where if one crab tries to climb out of the bucket, the others will pull it back down...

If you are not committed to growth, you will soon start seeing your rising followers as a threat. This is a disaster to kingdom leadership.

You are there to serve and not slay. Your preoccupation is to be at service, bring all the energy and cheer the bride.
Most times, some of you act like it’s your wedding, so you can’t do nothing else but raise your shoulders with your beautiful bone straight hair and makeup and just enjoy yourselves. That is Wrong, if it’s all you do.

You should be the first to clap upon the emcee’s call.
You should be the one to start dancing and get the bride in the mood.
You should be smiling at every instant and constantly reminding the bride of how gorgeous and blessed she looks.
Don’t drag, don’t be sluggish, don’t be moody.
You should be the life of the party.
