Kesmonds International University KIU was founded as a non-denominational institution with the goal of advancing the professional and personal ambitions of its students by providing a demanding, yet

supportive educational experience. With a focus on entrepreneurial education and based on the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article26). KIU's aim is to train creative, entrepreneurial, innovative, and resilient candidates, able to face current and future challenges and convert knowledge and ideas into products and services for economic and social benefit. The University also introduced distance learning programs through a virtual campus to solve the problems of distance learning for international students facing financial challenges, students in rote areas, students in crisis-affected countries, students fully employed and need jobs to keep up with life, women with newborn babies, students with health and other social disabilities. The University was able to solve the following problems:

· Allow you to learn on your own schedule
· Accessible learning you can study in the comfort of your bed.
· Fast-tracked career growth: you can accelerate your course.
· You can pursue a job along with your studies
· Update skills and enhance potential to apply study skills alongside your job.
· Low tuition which is 80% more affordable.
· Flexible study system (study at your own pace).
· On-campus and distance learning programs

For ASIC Affiliations and Credentials. ASIC accreditation helps students and parents make a more informed choice and will also help a school, college, university, training provider, or distance education provider, demonstrate to the international student body that they are a high-quality institution. The University went further to create campuses and distance learning centers in countries with limited accessibility to the internet. This was made possible with registration with the country’s education ministry and in partnership with other campuses, administrative offices, universities, and private institutions in some African countries where we have campus-based partnerships. Kesmonds International University is authorized by the Cameroon Ministry of Higher Education (Authorization No 21-02881/I/MINESUP/SG/DDES/ESUP/SDA/MF. Cameroonian Association of Biomedical Scientists etc. Note that in the United States and abroad, some licensing authorities require accredited degrees as the basis for eligibility for licensing. However, special note is taken that accreditation does not determine the quality of teaching and does not evaluate the potential of a student. In some cases, accredited colleges may not accept transfer courses and degrees completed at unaccredited colleges and some employers may require an accredited degree as a basis for eligibility for employment. Potential students, therefore, should consider how the above may affect their interests before they enroll with KIU. At KIU we respect the unique rules and regulations of each country and do not seek to influence the respective authorities. In the event that a prospective student wishes to carry out any government review or process in regards to his university degree, we recommend that the requirements of such are explored in detail with the relevant authorities by the prospective student as the university does not intervene in such processes. Before enrolling at KIU it is paramount to read the accreditation policies of the different accrediting bodies providing a license to KIU. KIU has students from over 50 countries that actively participate in the development of their communities. Some KIU Alumni have obtained employment with the United States Army, United Nations, UNHCR, WHO, IMF, UNICEF, FAO, public and private enterprises of their respective countries, and on international recruitment. KIU programs are designed to follow traditionally United States colleges and universities standards with regard to the following: academic program structure, degree-issued transcript, and other graduation documents. KIU graduation documents can be apostille and authenticated by the United States Department of State to facilitate their use internationally, the ministry of foreign affairs in Cameroon, and other State Attorney’s offices.
