Today in our communities, sewing machines are playing a very important role in the fashion industry. It is evident that pattern drafting (drawing a design) and dress cutting are very stressful activities but after doing all that work, the tailor still has to go through the rigorous process of using a pedal in order to be able to sew a dress no matter the machine type they're using be it manual or electric.
On the other hand, we have very skilled fashion designers who either due to natural or man made incidents, lost the ability to use their legs. Considering their disabilities, they loose their passion and source of livelihood and living becomes difficult for them.
Now come to think of it, what if we could create a possibility for these class of people to be able to carry-on with their gifts, talents and profession ?
What if we can be able to help them put food on their table again ?
I bet you'll agree with me that it's going to be for them "the best thing after sliced bread".
