The YOUTHS of TODAY are the LEADERS of TODAY not the Leaders of Tomorrow.

It's been a proverbial saying in our society that the YOUTHS of TODAY are the LEADERS of TOMORROW. This has not been of any help in the development of Youths into leaders.

We should understand that Leadership is an action word. Therefore, today's youths won't automatically become leaders tomorrow. However, they must be given the opportunity today to lead today into tomorrow.

The increase in instability, down turn, poverty, insecurity and other socioeconomic challenges is increasing as a result of this believe.

The Youths are continually being seen as not adequate, they are being kept for a tomorrow that never comes.

We must as Youths lead today into Tomorrow

Your gifts must be to God first, then to the society second.

Everything you do with God in your heart is a gift to God and is well appreciated. All such actions have positive impact on the lives around you.

Our lives are gifts from God, and what we do with them are our gifts to God. It pleases him to receive a gift from you through service no matter how small it maybe.

But there is something you must watch out for. Your gift must be to God first, then to the society second. This is because, all gifts to God are gifts to the society, but not all gift to the society are gifts to God.

Day Break or Day Dawn

A day breaks or downs in the life of a seeker of knowledge, and the secrets of the foundation Purpose, Leadership, Servanthood, service, value, impact and..... does not happen in the morning. It happens at all times.

When a new idea comes, it's a day break.

When you learn a new thing, it's a day break.

When you your awareness expanse more light is added

When you receive a revelation, it a day break.

Knowing this will help you to get the right timing in manifestation in life.
It will help you overcome competition.

Great Leadership must come from such a day break.

Shadow Leadership

If you have ever been the leader of a group or a team, then you must have experienced the effect of shadow leadership on your teammates.

Leadership is influence. To influence you need to connect, communicate an build relationships. The results of the relationship you build with teammates can be seen in their commitment to the goal or task.

When we fail to connect and create strong bonds amongst teammates the presence of the leader will always be needed for the team to work together. However, when we build strong bonds amongst teammates, the level of commitment is high and the absence of the leader is hardly felt.

It is as though, people can hear the leader communicate, inspire them, motivate them and give directions in his absence. The connection is so strong.

To measure your influence, relationship and bond amongst your teammates. After a the goals have been set, move away for as though you have left your shadow and observe.

When you come back, check for standards, quality, and deviation from the set objectives. If you have a strong shadow leadership effect, standards will be observed, quality maintained, values held, and little to no correction to be made.

The first step in becoming true authentic leaders is to know that we are not. If we are already leaders, we don't need to consider being one again.
The hunger for leadership is an indication of the absence of it. It is the consciousness of this absence that leads us to it

For someone who is already rich, they do not need to consider being rich again. For someone who is poor, they have an opportunity to become rich.

Note:

-The source of light is in darkness. God call forth light out of darkness saying, "Let there be light, and there was light". The light overshadowed the darkness.

- The source of riches is in poverty. 2 Corinthians."You know the grace of our lord Jesus, that he was rich and for your sakes he became poor, that by his poverty you may become rich.

- The source of health is in sickness. If you are already healthy, you do not have to consider going to a Dr. And Jesus answered them, "Only the sick needs the attention of a physician". In order words he never came for those who were saved, but being health, he come for the sick, being riches for the poor, being knowledge for the ignorant, being bread for the hungry, being a drink for the thirsty.

Let's recognize our inabilities and from there press on. Knowing that the weakest of our weakness, will become the source of our strength.

In Genesis 13, it's said to Abram, "As far as you can see, that I will give to you and your descendants for an inheritance".

That's a test a ability to see vision. Understand therefore that how far Abram could see was dependent upon where he was standing at that time, and equally the time of the day and season of the year.

For someone standing on mount everest the tallest mountain in the world and another on mount Cameroon the tallest in west Africa, what they will see and how far they can see is incomparable.

The time of the day also matters. For someone who sees vision in the morning when the sun is rising, what they see and how far they can see is also influenced by it.

Life is dividend into time and seasons. The 1st half of your life 1-25yrs being sunrise, 2nd quarter 26-50yrs midday, 1st and 2nd half being one season, 3rd half 51-75yrs sunset, and the 4th half 71-100 and above being night time, 3rd and 4th half the colder season.

If Abram was standing on a mountain in the morning at sunrise1-25yrs, his vision will be impacted. If he was on the same mountain at midday, or sunset 26-50/ 51-75yrs, his vision would be affected.

Work into your future while the sunrise. For as far as you can see, that's what you will achieve.

Intuition is the eye through which we see the future.

There is no future outside. The future you see is within. To say you have a great future is to have a great intuition.

Understand that intuition is stronger than facts, though intuition needs fact to evolve. Experience plus great intuition is what gives leaders the courage to dare chart unfamiliar paths.

Seeing a bright or dull future is a function of your intuitive abilities.

Build on your intuition to change present (facts).

Our response to life's challenges is what makes the difference. Nor matter how bad the situation it, it starts getting better when we start learning the lessons there of.

I have learned something significant from leadership experts. I want you to learn the same lesson too. That is, "You either win or you learn". You don't fail.

As a result, there comes to be two days in a leaders life. His days of failure ( converted into lessons), and the day the use those lessons as an inspiration to move forward.
