Important indications:
1. The maximum number of participants is 30.
2. Registration fee for the study trip is USD450. The fee covers accommodations, most meals and transportation. Airfare and VISA cost are not included.
3. The deadline for registration is Feb 1st 2017. Applications received after that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Please save the file name for the completed registration form as the delegate’s full name.
5. Registration forms should be collected by your local or national chapters, and send back to us via email to the following

6. You will receive an official confirmation by email after your registration form has been processed.
7. Notification of Acceptance will be sent within 2 days after we get your registration form.
8. Withdraw policy:
9. If a delegate decides to pull-out by 10/Jan 2017, he or she can claim 50% refund.
10. If a delegate decides to pull-out by 20/Jan 2017, he or she can claim 25% refund.
11. It is non-refundable if a delegate decides to pull-out on 25/Jan 2017 of after.
