Looking for an easy and delicious hot dish you can serve this holiday season? Try this Chinese Tomato and Egg Soup! This is a common staple food in South China, which our Food and Beverage students learn and enjoy cooking. A tasty and healthier choice, all tomato- and soup-enthusiasts will enjoy!

Just saute tomatoes, add water, beat in eggs, and add dashes of green onion and sesame oil to make this soup that's common in South China.
