The Closing Ceremony of the TYUST Badminton Tournament was successfully held, marking the conclusion of an exciting series of matches that showcased teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence.

The event brought together both domestic and international students, strengthening friendship and unity through healthy competition. Outstanding players and teams were recognized for their remarkable performance and spirit of perseverance throughout the tournament.

Through such activities, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology (TYUST) continues to promote holistic student development, encouraging physical fitness, intercultural communication, and a vibrant campus life.

📜 Discovering Shanxi’s Ancient Chinese Architecture | Overseas Media and Students Tour 🏯

Students from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology (TYUST) participated in the international cultural exchange program titled “Discovering Shanxi’s Ancient Chinese Architecture”, jointly organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Shanxi Provincial Committee and China Daily.

The event aims to enhance global understanding of China’s rich architectural heritage and promote cultural dialogue between China and the international community. During the tour, participants visited key historical and cultural landmarks across Taiyuan, Jinzhong, Pingyao, Linfen, and Yuncheng, including the Shanxi Museum, Shuanglin Temple, Pingyao Ancient City, Wang Family Courtyard, Guangsheng Temple, Tao Temple, and Yongle Palace.

Through this initiative, TYUST international students had the valuable opportunity to explore the artistic, historical, and cultural significance of Shanxi’s ancient architecture, gaining deeper insight into China’s profound civilization and its contributions to world heritage.

TYUST international students visited Yushe, a picturesque village in Jinzhong city with a rich history spanning over 5,000 years. They explored the Dinosaur Museum, Yunzhu lake, and nearby villages, experiencing the local culture and heritage. The students also enjoyed authentic local cuisine, showcasing the region's unique flavors. This visit strengthened ties between TYUST and the local community, promoting cultural exchange and understanding.
