Cada diseñador nos mostró las piezas que dieron vida a “el arte de vestir”, en una colección donde la creatividad, la identidad y el concepto se transformaron en moda en movimiento.

PARTE 2 | PROYECTO DE GRADO

Las tesis presentadas en el Runway llevaron la moda a otro nivel, transformando ideas, procesos y narrativas en piezas que dialogan con el cuerpo, el espacio y la expresión artística. Cada diseño reflejó meses de investigación, técnica y creatividad convertidos en arte.

El día de la hamburguesa nosotros lo llevamos a otro nivel: sabor, técnica y mucha actitud en cada paso 🔥

¿Listo para intentar esta receta?

Receta de la Salsa

1 huevo entero
15 gramos de mostaza
15 gramos de vinagre
Zumo de medio limón
1 diente de ajo
40 gramos de miel de Maple
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Perejil al gusto
125 - 180 gramos de aceite de oliva

Preparación

- Poner los ingredientes, menos el aceite en la licuadora

- Licuar a velocidad baja hasta que todo esté muy bien integrado y espume un poco la preparación

- ⁠Mantener la licuadora en velocidad baja y agregar el aceite lentamente, en forma de hilo fino, hasta que la mayonesa emulsiones y quede en la consistencia que desees, entre más aceite, más densa va a quedar. Ten cuidado de no pasarte, pues de puede cortar.

- ⁠Saca de la licuadora, prueba y sazona a tu gusto, si hace falta sal o pimienta
