A look back at Workplace Insight: Understanding People, Elevating Teamwork! 🌱

Yesterday, participants came together at the UPEACE campus to explore how greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of others can strengthen communication, collaboration, and the way we work together.

Through conversations, reflection, and interactive activities, the group explored different ways of communicating, making decisions, and approaching teamwork, turning differences into opportunities for stronger workplace relationships.

A big thank you to our facilitator, David Espinoza, for guiding the experience, and to everyone who joined us and contributed their perspectives, curiosity, and energy throughout the day.
