— скільки вам років;
— де ви зараз живете;
— який метод знаєте: TIG 141, MIG/MAG 135/136 чи MMA 111;
— чи вмієте читати креслення та складати конструкції;
— який у вас рівень англійської;
— чи готові навчатися у Празі;
— чи готові у 2027 році їхати на об’єкт у Бельгію або Нідерланди;
— яку зарплату вважаєте нормальною.

Я шукаю не випадкових людей на одну зміну. Я хочу відібрати найкращих, підготувати їх і зібрати керовану бригаду з 3–7 зварників.

Я можу відповідати за техніку, навчання та якість. Але дисципліну, бажання працювати й відповідальність замість вас ніхто не принесе.

Beautiful colors don't happen by accident.
Every clean stainless steel weld is the result of preparation, machine settings, torch angle, travel speed, shielding gas, and heat control.
Many beginners focus only on moving the torch.
Experienced welders know the real work starts long before striking the arc.
After more than 14 years in professional welding, one lesson has never changed:
Master the process first. Beautiful welds become the result—not the goal.
There are no shortcuts in TIG welding. Only practice, patience, and attention to every detail.

Why me?
I don't believe talent is enough.
I believe in repetition.
Thousands of welds. Thousands of mistakes. Thousands of hours learning how to make the next weld even better.
For the last 14 years, welding has been more than just my job. It has become my profession, my passion, and my way of thinking.
I studied Welding Engineering, worked with stainless steel, aluminium, pipe systems, and eventually applied the same precision to jewelry.
Every project is another opportunity to improve.
I don't claim to know everything. I simply refuse to stop learning.
If my experience helps even one person become a better welder, then every hour spent under the welding helmet was worth it.

In 2008, I started studying Welding Engineering.
In 2012, I became a professional welder.
Over the last 14 years, I've spent more than 33,000 hours under a welding helmet.
Thousands of welds. Hundreds of projects. Stainless steel, aluminum, pipe welding, and later, jewelry.
Every challenge taught me something new.
This page isn't just about showing beautiful welds.
It's about sharing real experience, engineering, craftsmanship, welding education, interesting projects, career opportunities, and the lessons that only years of hands-on work can teach.
