Could you explain the same research to both experts and people who have never studied chemistry? 🧪

When communicating science, what we say is only part of the story. How we present it and who we are speaking to matter just as much.

We therefore challenged our PhD student, Charline Monnier, to explain her research first to a scientific audience and then to the general public.

Charline also demonstrated her ability to communicate a complex topic at the International Symposium DA-PBA 2026 in Ghent, where she received the award for the best oral presentation in the young scientists category. Congratulations, Charline! 🥳
