📘 Nová publikace Centra práva duševního vlastnictví

Rozvoj internetu zásadně proměnil autorské právo a narušil tradiční fungování kreativního průmyslů, což si vyžádalo přizpůsobení obchodních modelů i reakci unijní legislativy v podobě směrnice DSM.

Dnes stojí autorské právo před další výzvou v podobě generativní umělé inteligence, která znovu otevírá otázky ochrany autorů a užití děl v digitálním prostředí

Tyto proměny reflektuje nová kolektivní monografie vydaná Centrem práva duševního vlastnictví.
